We’ve tried a few of the Omakaze’s in Stockholm and none of them can compete with Sushi Oi.
The food was sublime and we noticed that a lot of attention has been put on the small things. Here you’ll find interesting flavor combinations (the monkfish liver simmered in red wine was mesmerizing), well thought out sequence of dishes, just right amount of sauces/garnishing, well balanced rice etc.
Also, the two gentlemen running the intimate 6 seat sittings exude omotenashi - an outmost care for their guests.
