Texas Longhorn — Restaurant in Stockholm

Terrible customer service experience—I do not recommend this place.

I arrived for dinner at 6:30 PM and waited 30 minutes for a table. When one finally opened, the staff seated a group that arrived after me, and then another. Only after I complained was I given a half table, which had not been wiped down from the previous guests.

It took another 15 minutes before anyone came to take my order. It ended up taking my food 42 minutes to arrive, however the server did warn me the grill was backed up, so I don’t think this was nefarious. Good food, decent price, tiny space. This is the first Texas Longhorn ever to open in Stockholm and they do know how to prepare a meal, mostly. There have been times when the meat has been overcooked but more often than not it's really good. Staffs usually friendly as well. Excellent steakhouse ! They had flat iron steak on the menu which is a piece I was not familiar with, and it was fantastic, both very tender and tasty.
