Pizza chef talking here. Such a surprise to have discoverd that hidden gem. Dough is 72 hours fermentation, with Molino Marino type 0 and type 2. unlike neapolitan 00 type flour, type 2 is healthier and tastier. The 72h let the taste to develop. Molino Marino is a top notch flour (a friend of mine got world Champion in Parma, using Molino Marino flour). The baking was perfect, that dough was to die for ! Light, tasty, crusty. The toppings I had were quality ones and well chosen to fit together. I have had many, many pizzas all over thé world and that Teglia was definitly one of the very best. I'm sad to not live in Stockholm and come to enjoy the expérience again. To ice up the cake, the waitress was irradiating happiness all around with her smile and good vibe. 5 stars +, hands down. Read moreThis was a pleasant surprise. Only days after visiting one of Stockholm’s most acclaimed pizzerias, we stopped by The Two Italians cousins for a quick lunch. Our immediate reaction was: this is one of the best pizzas we’ve had in Stockholm. And yes, better than many if not all renown pizzerias in Stockholm(at least those I have been to) by far. The dough was phenomenal. I usually don’t spend much time on the toppings but these were exceptional! Some of the flavors were unbelievably good! Read moreAbsolutely fantastic pizza and the tirimisa is to die for...we found this little gem late after it was recommended to us by locals...the Italian cousins had no problem serving us as we arrived late...really nice, chirpy guys that really appreciate the business...Stockholm is an expensive city even from Irish price point of view but this pizza really is worth the money and really like the fact you pay per slice so you can taste a wide variety of pizza with a big range of different toppings...apologies I've no pictures the grub was just to nice.
