So let's be all straight and clear here, apart from the name this restaurant has nothing Italian. I spoke to the chef and waiting staff (both Indian) and they admitted it is not Italian recipes. The chef said he worked for some time in Italy but other than that he offered a carbonara with cream! Parmesan instead of pecorino romano and normal bacon instead of guanciale. So I just passed and took one plate of pasta with chicken, which was not so bad, generous portion and the pasta not over cooked.
