Golden China & Aikins Sushi — Restaurant in Uppsala kommun

My family orders takeaway and visits Golden China on regular basis, once or twice a week, we are pretty much the regulars. Even my kid loves their food and asks to eat there. Lunch buffet is just slightly better than what other restaurants serve but a la carte menu is a lot better than in all other Chinese restaurants in town. I bring my homesick Chinese friends there, they all rated this restaurant's food as the best Uppsala has to offer. If you want any more authentic than this, you will have to travel to China. Best Chinese food I've ever had. When we lived in Uppsala we'd have this every Friday night. I'd order take away on my way home from work in Stockholm. Jayson knew my voice and immediately knew my order. Spice levels are amazing. I miss this place so much. We've moved to London and thought we'd still come back to visit every couple of months and obviously eat here. But then Covid hit. One day soon we'll be back to enjoy the best Chinese food available. Their service is really great! The menu they offer is based from various cities in southern china, which many asian restaurants rarely capture. A lot of vegitarian dishes are presented and if you'd like more " swedish chineese food" it's written in the end of their menu.

The view is perhaps not the best, it's a small and open area. But maybe that's what they need. To not adjust their dishes to european style is and will be an advantage for them in the market.
