You can not find a place like this anywhere else it Sweden. Yocha Studio offers varieties of tea, from white tea to ripe puerh. Served with Chinese traditional tea wares and brew style: Gong fu cha (cha means tea). For “fika”, they have freshly homemade asian style dessert like moon cake (many flavours to choose from, my favourite is custard snow mooncake and matcha and red bean mooncake), mochi (the best mochi I ever tasted AND I have tasted a lot of mochis!) and nougat bars. If you love asian interior design, well they also sell a lot of gorgeous tea set, dishes, bowls etc. check it out on their website! My favourite drink from yocha: Golden yunnan bud organic tea pairs with custars mooncake. The tea is golden in colour when brewed, has sweet and earthy, sandy scent. When pairs with custard mooncake, the tea taste stands out even more, it got smoother and also taste and smell like honey. Another must try is their matcha latte (or why not try their ceremonial grade matcha in Koicha form?). Matcha latte from other café can’t even compared with Yocha’s - it’s simply the best matcha matcha latte in Sweden. Something I enjoy a lot is chatting with the staff, they are friendly, knowledgeable, calm and always welcome you with big smile. To sum it all up (if you are still reading this long review) - a must visit! Especially if you are a tea lover, don’t miss this place.

Authentic, unique and sensational experience. There is too much to say about why this place is my favourite location in upsalla. I don’t believe it gets enough love as it should be. The atmosphere is calm, meditative and comforting. The staff are by far the nicest staff members I have ever talked to in a customer job and are so very knowledgable and good at their job. Even taking the time to explain ( in English ) tea ceremonies and how to brew my tea properly. The quality of tea is sensational and made for a very enjoyable experience. The quality and flavour of the food is not like any other “Asian” food I have eaten abroad before. The products being sold are unique and well curated. This experience is entirely authentic and it is clear that a lot of thought went into making this place so brilliant. This is a small business unlike any other.

Such a hidden gem in Uppsala 🍵🌿 YOCHA Studio is a beautiful, calming tea house with a super cozy vibe. The interior is minimal and peaceful — perfect for slowing down and just being present. Their tea selection is amazing, with unique blends and high-quality leaves you don’t find everywhere. You can really tell they care about the tea experience, from how it's brewed to how it's served. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, happy to explain and recommend based on what you like. Honestly felt more like a little tea ceremony than just grabbing a drink. Perfect spot for quiet conversations, solo reflection, or a mindful break in your day. Highly recommend for tea lovers or anyone looking for a peaceful moment in the city 🫖✨

I visited this tea shop today because I was genuinely drawn to its aesthetic and interior design — it looked like a carefully curated space for Chinese and Japanese tea culture. I made a special trip just to come here, excited to explore the teas.

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I was completely ignored by the staff — a young girl dressed in black, standing right next to the cashier. Despite walking around the shop and standing just one meter in front of her, she didn’t acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no eye contact, no offer of help — she just stared at the POS screen as if I didn’t exist.

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially if I didn’t end up buying anything. But this time, I felt truly uncomfortable and disappointed — enough to speak up.

As someone with a deep interest in tea, this left me feeling extremely unwelcome. It’s a shame, because the store clearly has potential — but customer service like this makes it impossible to return...
