I went to Uppsala for a short trip and this restaurant turned out to be closest to my hotel, and this was actually the only reason for my choice to go there for a dinner. And I was nicely surprised both by good meals and perfectly calm environment inside. It was clean and comfortable. I ordered souflaki and banana split. I have to say that I liked it a lot, very well prepared and tasty. Actually I liked it so much that went there again next evening. So I recommend. What would be good though is to offer a tea in teapots instead of teabags in the cup.

What definitely stays in my mind when I am looking back to this visit is that happy and opening welcoming in this restaurant. As the server were noticing that I am not relly used to the procedure of dagens lunch, he explained me everything quite excited and took care of my needs very well. The lunch was very tasty and as well pretty decorated. That definitely was a great stay and lunch which I can recommend for everyone!

There was nothing redeeming about this lunch. Ordered a lasagna that was obviously frozen and unevenly reheated, parts were cold and others infernally hot. The taste was bland at best, the bechamel was mushy from the microwaving and overall it was just a pain to work through. Very reminiscent of a school lunch but this cost way more.

The sallad bar was filled with cold and thawed vegetables that had lost their taste and texture long ago.

Could not recommend...
