Let me first try to explain why the hell you would go for a „real“ speciality coffee and pay a bit more: Speciality coffee aims to avoid killing various flavors in coffee while roasting the highest quality coffee beans and promise you a unique coffee experience. The taste has multiple layers and it is significantly richer than the usual over-roasted coffee we all are used to.
