Amazing! This is a mandatory point during your city break. The view is beautiful. But the view is not the best part of it (this is my personal opinion). On the left side there are stairs to a ferry and toilet. If you go down it looks like a dead end but it's not. There is a narrow passage right above the river. Just go down and pass next to the ferry station. On the left side you will see another stairs. Go down, then through a small door and find yourself on a shelf. Turn right. If water is low you can go with this passage right to the Wettsteinbrücke. The passage is above the water so you won't get wet. Even if you fall into a water it's not very deep. I guess it's 50 cm deep. Maybe less. Please note this is a very narrow path and do not take little children with you, unless they understand how to be safe.
