It was my first day visiting the city and I was randomly walking around in the snow up to the hill to see what I could explore without a destination. Somehow I end up in this area that has so many Christmas booths set up and it turns out to be a Christmas Market. This place completely caught me by surprise Unlike most Christmas Markets that is only having places to serve food to serve drinks to make sales of items and merchandise. this Christmas Market has much different craft activities for the visitors to participate. This is spectacular and it's such a memorable visit

Munsterplatz is stands as the largest church in Basel I believe. The building itself is quite unique and has a lot of history with it if one looks into it. It stands in the middle of Basel’s old town square among some of the oldest buildings in the city and is quite relaxing to be around. Definitely drop by to visit if you are in the area and looking to brush up on the city’s history.
