Malibu Nation — Restaurant in Basel

The food and drinks are overpriced while having mediocre to bad quality and taste. The Cold Matcha Tea I ordered was supposed to be a high quality matcha but what I was given was basically a watered down tea that barely had any flavour at all and it is almost as expensive as Starbucks which is ridiculous. On top of that, the chocolate nuts that I ordered is WAY too overpriced at 4.90chf for a tiny sachet of nuts (with the chocolate being really low quality in accordance to the price). Although the service and the staff were polite and quick, the fact that it is situated right next to a subway means there is usually no place to sit (although today I was able to finally get a seat) and is overcrowded and hectic. Overall the food is very low quality with the prices being unjustifiably high. Definitely do not recommend. I rate this...

What a lovely staff! They are helpful, patient, friendly and competent. The food is fresh, healthy and tasty. You can have it customized also with the staff's assistance if needed. You could come here to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner or simply in between meals for a healthy snack or shake. They are preparing your order right before your eyes. This place is a shared space with "subway sandwich" at the mainstation Basel and its definitely designed to eat on the go. There is some seating possibility, but I would not come here with a larger crowd and eat in nor for a date or a business lunch, lol. Facilities are clean and neat. I was told they are also part of the "too good to go"(even more reason to like them). So far I've been here three times the experience was consistent, I'll be back...

I was delighted to hear about Malibu Nation. The staff is really kind and welcoming. You get to try out different things first and you get a customized solution as well. Their selection and recipes are extensive and nutritious. You can have poke bowls, açai bowls, shots, really good plant based protein shakes or smoothies. They have a rich variety of supplements ... also some that you can't find anywhere else but directly from the States.. such as liquid light fulvic minerals. Everything's organic. You won't feel heavy afterwards, you'll feel ^UP LIFTED^, just like nutrition is supposed to make you feel.
