I ordered a beef menu for 9.90 via a self service kiosk, at the end I couldn't choose cash or card, the screen said: INVALID ORDER VALUE MEAL - NOT ENOUGH ITEMS KING BOX WHOPPER JUNIOR [200204]. I went to the cashier and showed this message, a photo I took from the self-service kiosk screen. The cashier nodded her head and since I don’t know English and German, it’s hard for me to say something, I went to another self-service kiosk and made an order and even successfully paid the check, but the terminal didn’t give me a receipt for the order number. I go up to the cashier again and show her the receipt from my bank card application that I was charged 9.90 euros. The cashier began to show me her monitor so that I could find my order, it is natural that it is difficult for me to find my order without a language. And I turned around and left hungry. Therefore, I ask you to return to me 9.90 francs (I send a photo of the receipt), and also photos of screens from one self-service kiosk and from the second self-service kiosk

Ich möchte da was los werden ich gehe eigentlich NIE zu Burger king aber dachte heute mal ich gehe mal ausnamsweise dort hin ( basel SBB ) ich bereue es !!!! Nochnie so etwas ekliges gesehen ich hab mir ein burger bestellt aber das war alles aber kein Birger !!!! Warum zum teufel hat das fleisch so ekliges zeug drin als wären da gedärme oder löcher drin ekelhaft !!! Ich hab den manager informiert er hat mich nicht verstanden er hat französisch gesprochen, ich hab ihmgessgt das ich mein geld zurück möchte er hst mor jedoch ein neuen burger gegeben ich hab ihm dann nochmals gesagt das ich mein geld zurück möchte !! Erdt beim 2ten mal hat er es mir gegeben !!! Ich arbeire seit jahren bei McDonsald und ich weis genau was hinter der küche ist (Hygiene , standarts, Qualität ) aber das ht nichts mit Qualität zu tun !!! Niemand war oben im restourant und alle müll eimer oben waren biss oben voll also wirklich wie ekelhaft !! Da ich selber in der Fastfood kette arbeite sollte mann wenigstenz alle 30 minuten mal ne runde machen umd alles abzugecken und putzen !!

Just opposite to Basel SBB station. I did not have veggie king burger option which is available in Germany and rest all are same as in Burger king in other countries. But overall experience is good. Just in case if you would like to use the washroom, it is possible only with the bill as the code for it is in the bill.

Remember the branch from long ago as busy but quality service. Restaurant dirty, staff unfriendly and stupid rude. This time totally different experience. I have ask for a cap to my coke as I rarely finish it inside the restaurant. Request was refused and explained that they don’t have any. Totally stupid lie as every cup to go get one. Chilly cheese fries are lousy quality, almost no (fake anyway) cheese and only a few jalapeños. Staff seems very uncoordinated and order screen showed meals as ready even the burger shelf was empty and the meals are not even started to be prepared. I don’t know what is going on here but it seems to be...

VERY BAD SERVICE, DON'T EAT IN THIS BK! The staff was unfriendly and "forgot" to put the wrap in the (damaged!) paper bag. When I turned back to complain, the other staff just put the wrap in the damaged bag without any excuse! I refused and asked for a FULL NEW serving or to be refunded! They accepted but they disppointed me a lot : it seemed that they "forgot" the wrap on purpose for ripping me off!!! Besides, I noticed that all the staff are French Arabic from nearby Alsace (St-Louis) and that they have no enthusiasm in working. So, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BURGER KING AT BASEL...
