Mister Wong Basel Bahnhof — Restaurant in Basel

Service here is very bad, staff need to be trained how to converse with customers. I ordered 2 fried rice and 4 spring rolls and requested they pack the chillie paste (sambal oelek) on the side. I asked thrice to see if they can pack it on the side, while they insisted to put it on the top of the rice, stating no small boxes. I then noticed a stack of small boxes on the counter and picked one up and asked if they use that instead and the lady became furious.

Firstly the staff lied stating they don't have any and when pointed to one, she was rude, that's not the way to deal with customers. End of the day I paid extra for the small box and walked out, but the issue is not charging for it, but the way the staff lied and were rude. I would not...

Chicken fried rice to go:

Received the leftovers which didn't make the portion but Madam didn't give a sh...t! She even left the last remaining 3 chicken pieces in the Wok instead of joining them in the already not appropriately fully filled take-away box! Seriously, what`s wrong with you guys?! Too many times - not gonna go there again.

Pat Thai und Chicken fried rice zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Daheim angekommen stelle ich fest, es ist Chicken fried NOODLES...

es war(!) mal eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants: Ich achte besonders auf Qualität UND Freundlichkeit : Das Essen ist ganz ok, allerdings bisschen weniger als früher( hatte danach noch Hunger), aber unfreundliches grimmiges(Lächeln ist ein Fremdwort für sie) Personal, obwohl ich regelmässig seit 5 Jahren komme( jeden Sonntag), habe ich seit paar Monaten das Gefühl ,sie haben keine Lust mich zu bedienen, schauen nicht in die Augen, und auf meine Verabschiedung " ich wünsche Ihnen noch einen schönen Tag" kam nur ein grimmiges Murren zurück. Sie waren früher wirklich freundlich(herzliche Freundlichkeit,aber das war einmal)...aber anscheinend verdienen sie viel zu viel dort, egal wie unfreundlich sie sind, so ist es ihnen nicht mehr wichtig...schade, ich hoffe, es bessert sich,ansonsten werde eine Alternative für Sonntag suchen ...Update: da ich ja bei diesem Restaurant längere Zeit Negatives erlebte habe ich eine Alternative gefunden, die wirklich gut ist und ich immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen werde. .vielleicht werde ich dieses Jahr einmal wieder Mr. Wong testen und falls es unerwartet wieder gut ist und das Personal freundlich( Lächeln etc)...gibts gerne Sterne mehr ( aber es wird nicht mehr mein Stammlokal, denn mehrere Male unfreundlich behandelt zu werden kann nicht mehr rückgängig...
