McDonald's Basel Greifengasse — Restaurant in Basel

Classic McDonald's. What more to say. We went to get some breakfast. The monitor station where you choose your food worked, but it did not give us the receipt, so the cashier needed to search for our order.. 🤨 Next surprise was that they don't have any straws or cup covers..that's a new one...what's next, no cup, drink from your hands? 🤔 If you want to save...something..., maybe after the order at the monitor, instead of printing the receipt which did not print in my case as it was broken, show me a QR code, I scan it and have that one ready to show the cashier.. will save paper and trouble with my order in the first place...(sigh) aaanyway... We sat down, only to find out the speaker above our heads was broken and "playing" quite loud hissing sound which forced us to get out and sit outside, where we finished our breakfast, which did not look like the one on the picture but hey, it's fast food and really noone even...

Never had this before, when you eat in you get the nice food. As soon as you order out you get the garbage. My quarter pounder was as dry as hell. You may ask why 2 out of 5 stars? It's because 2 out of my 20 nuggets weren't cold and dry. I've been waiting for a solid 12 minutes and this dude packs me the worst of the worst because I took take out and wouldn't be able to complain anyways. If I wasn't starving I would throw it away, I wouldn't even give this to my dogs lmao.

If I could give this place and the employees neagative 5 stars I would! The worst service I have ever had in a restaurant! I ordered a cheeseburger for my son with only ketchup and after a bite or two my son realized that they forgot the ketchup so I asked the lady for ketchup and she said .30 cents I’m not a cheap person but on principle they got my order wrong and they wanted to charge me more, not going to happen.
