Good food, but an awfully stressful place if you have agoraphobia or anxiety. đŸ˜ąđŸ˜©We’re in 2025 - mental health should be taken into consideration when you pay for a service. đŸ„ŽđŸ€ą

I have nothing bad to say about the food, which was rather good even if a bit expensive (last time we paid 65 chf for two people, just for a dish and a cold drink💾)

I went there three times, once with my parents and twice with a friend. Each time they told us to go in the room on the right when we enter, even though this room was very crowded and there were 3 other rooms which were completely empty (and cozy and well decorated by the way, but we can only go there to use the restrooms đŸ€·â€â™€ïž ). We asked to go in another room, and they said we couldn’t, without giving any valid reason. There’s even a little garden in the back, but we couldn’t go there either. Schade

I have social anxiety, my friend doesn’t feel well in crowded spaces either. Last time there were people less than 30 cm away from us on both side, and it was really hot. We both didn’t feel well and couldn’t enjoy our meals. 😳

I find it very sad that they don’t care about people’s well being 😞, about our comfort😖, especially knowing the price of the dishes. I’m sorry, but for that price basic comfort should matter too. 😔

It feels like their main priority is to make sure that their waiters walk less than 10’000 steps a day. đŸ€·â€â™€ïž

I’s just add that there are hygienic pads in the toilets, which are really nice and good in case you get an anxiety attack there. (Which is likely to happen). Please consider adding Bach Flowers and Emergency anti-anxiety medicine.

The waiter seemed more interested in showing us his French knowledge than in trying to be kind with us.

If their policy doesn’t change, I won’t go there anymore. đŸ€Ź There’s Coop Ryfflihof ten meters away if you want to enjoy loud...

We came in for lunch over the easter break. The restaurant is really nicely decorated, great vibe. The gentleman welcoming us was very nice & friendly. We ordered couple of starters and 2 main dishes plus drinks. To be honest the food was okay ish, nothing special. I was surprised by the amount of vegan and vegetarian food, there was almost not much to order for those who eat everything & want something meaty... The waitress was nice at first, she was friendly with our toddler and playful. We saw her exactly 3 times - when she took the drinks order, the food order and when she came over to ask how was the food. The restaurant has QR codes for menus and you can pay the bill yourself online, however we noticed she was quiet insisting with the table next to us on tips... She pretty much made them give her a tip through the app, you could tell they were very uncomfortable but since they were tourists they complied and paid the tip. When we got to settle our bill, she wasnt happy we didnt provide any tips and immediately went from a patient sweet lady to being not so nice, especially to our little one. We didnt expect her to be super polite, but also this way of behaviour is definitely not going to earn you tipping loyal customers. We dont live in America and people arent obliged to tip no one, waiters make more then enough money in Switzerland to survive, especially for a restaurant where the only service you provide is bringing plates to and from the kitchen with mediocre food. Perhaps she was given a promise of coming to work over Easter break for tips, but frankly speaking, it really didnt matter. Not...

Warning to Americans .... I was a first time customer and ordered a Pho delivered. (I live a half mile away) The portion size is tiny for a lot of money and the food quality is low. It got to my house cold and soaked because the broth leaked from the cup.

Here is the specific run down so the restaurant understands the expectation:

  1. I'm not quite sure the noodles were rice noodles ... def not transparent
  2. The broth was more Ramen and not Pho. I added my own fish sauce to get it close. No citrus (no lime, lemongrass, ...). No star anise flavor.
  3. The veg was standard (baby bokchoy)
  4. The meat was terrible. (see below)
  5. The delivery was cold and messy
  6. The presentation ... this is why I am writing this review. Nooch, please learn how to present a Pho. For delivery it comes in a HOT (broth) container and a COLD container (everything else). The meat is sliced and RAW so that it cooks in the hot broth. Your supposed to give me thai basil, cilantro, a lime, and chili paste as condiments (COLD).

That didn't happen ... I got 2 HOT containers, the sprouts were steeping in the hot broth and the basil was all mushy with the noodles and meat, the meat was precooked and totally dried out. None of this is enough of an issue for my to write a review but this misadventure cost me 34CHF ... that's right ... almost 35 USD for a half portion of PHO that was cold and horrible ... like I said "Warning to Americans ... this is not what your...

Went back twice coz it was so good. A welcome break from european food after travelling in europe for 3 months. I was skeptical at first for fear asian food would be westernized (yet again). But the food was solid. 1. The food came out very fast. Always a good sign of a solid asian restaurant 2. There was WOK HAY in the fries rice (thank the lord). FINALLY. You could see the individual rice grains = non soggy fried rice 🙏 3. The nippon bridge was by no means traditional but still very good. I rlly enjoyed the texture of the ramen noodles. Perfect. The sauce was nice and creamy. The perfect addition to this dish would be to include an egg! Thank you Nooch for providing a much needed sense of home during our travelsđŸ„°

Good vibe and friendly staffs, a nice place for the special dinner. The restaurant is hip and modern, and offers wide variation of creative menu including good vegeterian options. Food itself, however, is fair, not the level of “excellent” in particular considering the price. They were not bad and I emptied the meal, but not also super impressive. I tried noodles and they’re a bit soggy. The menu was described as “a lot of vegetable” but it was not a lot when they came. I liked the vegetarian version of shrimp fries though. I might try rice menu if I go again.

I am very pleasantly surprised. Came here for lunch on a weekday without reservation. I was seated very quickly and shown the QR code for the menu. My food came literally within 5 minutes (or probably even less) and although a tad salty, it was still pretty good. To pay you can just scan the same QR code again. You don't even need to interact with the waiter anymore, just scan, pay (there'll automatically be a list of things you ordered) and then you can leave. Great for a very quick lunch. I spent ~30 minutes in total at this place.
