Meet Point — Restaurant in Bern

I recently visited this wonderful restaurant with my family, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was truly exceptional—each dish was bursting with flavor and made with such care.

One of the highlights of our visit was the outstanding service provided by Ridwan. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience. Ridwan was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely kind. His warm demeanor and helpful suggestions added so much to our meal, and we truly appreciated his efforts. We are from New York and have tried so many Doner Kebab places and were just visiting Bern, Swiss on a vacation. We were just passing by and the aroma from this food joint cannot be missed. We tried falafel rice bowl and a Chicken Shawarma wrap with both spicy sauce and Yogurt sauce, it was the best wrap we ever had, the guys are very friendly and know their stuff. The veggies, the rice, meat just complimented each other so well. Its my favorite place in Bern now. Its a small joint, nothing fancy but they do have seats outside....

The meat was seasoned great and tasted ok. Although I did find a hair in my food towards the end. I would suggest after reading other reviews that they become a little more aware of the hygiene of the handling of their products given to customers.

Update: There was no chicken feathers as the management says in response to my review. Human hair. Instead of take the blame they make excuses. I also read they ask each customer after preparing if its enough mest and salad, another lie. Nobody should give money to...
