Nassa Caffé — Restaurant in Circolo di Lugano ovest

Unfortunately very rude stuff. Can happened to anyone, that walks Sunday afternoon in the city, when everywhere is closed, needs urgently to visit a bathroom. Woman! On the way out, member of the stuff, stoped the woman and push to buy coffee, just because the woman used their toilet! Woman left cash just they feel better for using their toilet. But the noise the waiter made about, humiliating saying: toilet is not for tourist and ect. Where is your humanity? Sympathy? How all the customers felt when stuff was humiliating that woman just for the fact using their bathroom? I would never recommend to visit this place. If you read this comment, owner off the cafeteria , think about, how much you lost, just being mean to people, having no sense...

Very beautiful place, tiny little cafe in the Main Street of Lugano. Beautiful views and nice atmosphere. Staff is super helpful and nice. Food is also good and at a reasonable price considering the location. We got the smoothies that are quite good and refreshing. Also there are many stores nearby and a very nice walk to do on...
