Corner Pub — Restaurant in Geneva

The responsible for the terrace is really unpolite and doesn’t have any clue about how to mangement a bussines. He insulted me and as I turned to speak with him, he raised his hand just in front of my face to point out that he didn’t want to speak with me. We were a group of 7 friends. The situation started after the first match was done, he told us to leave as the table was booked. At our arrival we had spoke with two of his colleagues to confirm that we could stay there for both games. He said he didn’t care about his colleagues as he was the responsible of the terrace and that they didn’t have any idea. We told him that there was a problem of communication and he started to rise his voice shouting at us, making the situation unbearable and very uncomfortable not only for us but also for the rest of the people around. He forced us to leave not before insulting me directly. I need to point out that one of my friends and I called in advance to book a table and they told us that it was ‘first arrived first served’ as that reservations were not allowed. Sorry but overpriced the person serving on our terrace was pretty rude. We ordered a jug of water heb bought us one glass. We said we asked for a jug....he rolled his eyes, tutted and bought us another glass... But with attitude! Food: we ordered fish and chips and the burger. The burger did not seem to be a fresh steak patty but 3 pieces of frozen patties. Fish and chips: fish over fried (also frozen I think). For the pub food was excellent, the chips were extra crips. Even though the service was good and fast, they still managed to mess up my order.
