the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! We waited 40 minutes for our food!!! after 20 minutes of waiting, we asked the staff who delivered the food and they said that they had technical problems, but they knew exactly what we ordered!!! they were unpleasant and rude and ignored our complaints! after 30 minutes I went down personally because it was not normal and asked where our order was!! they knew exactly that we had 5 burgers! the only normal one was the lady at the checkout who finally asked them where the burgers were. Stayed one day in Geneva and came here for breakfast, ordered on the self-order machine, waited at counter for 15min nobody asked me anything, even the customers came later than me had their orders. Then they finished breakfast without any notice/asking so I had to re-order again and breakfast options were not available. Ordered here multiple times via eat.ch (6 times to be exact, today being the 6th) 4/6 times they got the orders wrong. We usually order 2 big mac menu's, one with coke, other with sprite, 4/6 times they delivered 2 coke. ALL 5 times they delivered the food was already cold upon arrival.
