This is the pizza takeout location for Da Salvi Restaurant next door. We were hungry after sledging and this place hit the spot for a quick snack. When we initially walked in, we encountered a little bit of a language barrier and accidentally ordered the wrong pizza, but the gentleman helping us was so gracious about it and remade an entirely new pizza without us asking. Including the ordering and pizza baking time, our visit took less than 20 minutes so this is great for convenience. We got the regular sized ‘diavola’ style pizza with mozzarella, tomato sauce, paprika powder, and salami (we opted to also add mushrooms and black olives… highly recommend). I’d say the classic is roughly over 12 inch with a thin pizza crust so it’s not too heavy for a snack before dinner and the overall ratio of sauce to toppings and cheese was great. The crust was perfectly crisp and each slice had the perfect flop while also being crisp on the bottom. I would say the pricing is completely fair for this pizza. Everything in Switzerland is above average with cost but in this American’s opinion, this pizza is well worth the price for fresh-tasting, quality ingredients.
