Extremely rude and arrogant, no respect for tourists. Our daughter was touching some displayed items outside the store. Within seconds the shopkeeper(a male in his 50s) came and rudely said that he's not a maid to organize a mess. How can you be so rude to a 2 year old? I wanted to buy a st Bernard bag pack. But because of rude behavior towards a 2 years old child, I of course didn't buy from him. Before leaving I told him that I wanted to buy but because I didn't like his behavior I won't buy. Then he shared shouting "IT'S MY SHOP. YOU GO." such a...

I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed! The store has an incredible selection of unique and high-quality souvenirs that capture the essence of the area perfectly. The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect gifts for my family and friends. The prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend to anyone looking for memorable keepsakes and a great shopping experience. I'll definitely be back next time...

Ich habe kürzlich den Souvenirladen in Grindelwald besucht und war begeistert! Der Laden hat eine fantastische Auswahl an hochwertigen, typisch schweizerischen Souvenirs, die perfekt sind, um sich an die wunderschönen Momente in den Alpen zu erinnern. Von handgefertigten Produkten bis hin zu traditionellen Mitbringseln – hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie nahmen sich die Zeit, um mir bei der Auswahl zu helfen und gaben tolle Tipps zu den besten regionalen Produkten. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der liebevollen Präsentation der Waren und der gemütlichen Atmosphäre im Laden.

Die Preise sind für die Qualität absolut angemessen, und ich habe einige wunderbare Geschenke für meine Familie und Freunde gefunden. Der Laden liegt zentral und ist leicht zu finden – perfekt, um nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Grindelwald noch einen kleinen Stopp einzulegen.
