I don't really believe in posting negative reviews but I think in this case it is necessary. I am still surprised by my experience at this place yesterday at Zurich airport. So basically when I arrived at this place, I did not know if it was a sit in restaurant or a take away one. They had some items displayed in the case as well so I asked the Indian chef with goatee where I can order and being an Indian myself he replied to me rudely in Hindi language pointing to the waitress "Yeh khadi hein na". In English it means (she's standing there), but his tone was really rude and pretentious. He then looked at his other colleague who was also Indian and they giggled a little bit about my mistake. I sat down and then was treated quite respectfully by the waiter but I was still shocked by this person's behavior.

I am beyond sure that if I didn't look Indian he would be more polite with me and at least wouldn't dare to speak to me in Hindi language in front of his colleagues. After my meal I thought about complaining to the manager but I had a flight to catch and didn't wanted to create a scene. But as a paying customer, I did not deserve this attitude, especially from those who might have the same nationality as me. So just because I am an Indian and I asked a simple question, I had to be treated like this? I wish I didn't ate here but it's perplexing that this is the level of service that you get by the so called chefs working there....

基於以上經歷，我強烈建議其他消費者謹慎考慮是否要來這家餐廳用餐。如果你重視良好的服務和尊重，我建議選擇其他更友善的餐廳，以避免不愉快的體驗。

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, especially with the attitude and behavior of the male server who attended to us. From the start, I sensed an unfriendly atmosphere, and the server’s tone was unpleasant, making me feel disrespected. What was most concerning was that I observed this server exhibiting clear discriminatory behavior towards customers of different races, which is completely unacceptable in modern society.

Additionally, the server’s actions were very rude, lacking basic manners and professional conduct. Whether in his attitude while serving food or the way he handled customer inquiries, he displayed a severe lack of professionalism.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise other customers to think carefully before dining at this restaurant. If you value good service and respect, I recommend choosing a more welcoming establishment to avoid an unpleasant experience.

Very cool bar for an airport setting—definitely one of the better ones. You don’t need to talk to anyone to place your order (perfect for introverts!), and there are chargers and a variety of seating styles, from cozy nooks to more open spots. The whole place has a relaxed, modern vibe that makes waiting for a flight much more pleasant.
