Bruxelles Café — Restaurant in Lausanne

They always have amazing drinks and amazing food!!! Most of the waiters are really kind. But this time, especially one man was super rude. His colleague, before changing the shift, got payed (hopefully by c/c) and left. After that we order some other beers and he accused us for not paying the previous ones and he even was looking at us like we were gonna run away. And we even were at the bar inside! Hideously rude!!! Showed bill at the bank from c/c, but he didn't change attitude. Too bad to have such people at the food industry. For him only, I will think twice...

Usually crowded, during the evening if coming with more than 4 people it is advised to call ahead. There is a food menu but it should not be considered as a proper restaurant as after 9pm people are there to have a drink.

As a bar, they have a great selection of Belgian beer. To not except to find craft beers there, only abbey beers and other Belgian specialty. Waiters do know their stuff for the most part, it is okay to ask for advice if lost in...

Last time I came here we stumbled upon it by mistake - it’s right next to the train station. This time when I came to Lausanne I made it a point to visit.
