I don't understand why this place has so many good reviews. We arrived and had to wait in a kind of holding area like cattle.. which is okay, but the waiter gave us no indication how long we would have to wait. Then when our table was ready he gave it away because we hadn't ordered yet, so he finally gave us a menu and after letting two groups sit down we quickly chose something and ordered. Watching people who had arrived after us get seated before us we almost left, but by this point we were pretty hungry.. Based on waiter’s description there was supposed to be something crunchy from the meat - that was not present. Cheese and onion were fine.
Also the burger was pretty small compared to what...
