Fantastic burger in Lausanne! It was recommended by friends so we took some other friends there and we all loved it so much! The burgers are extremely tasty, meat cooked to perfection as you desire, great fries consistency and the list goes on. It's also awesome that you can create your own burger with the ingredients you choose. The homemade deserts (we had the cheesecake and the browkie) were to die for, cooked in the oven and everything was melting in your mouth. We're usually always disappointed with the desert in most restaurants but skipping it at Qui Résiste would be a mistake! And last but not least, service by Francisco was amazing, he's so lively and chatty and explained everything very well. Gracias Francisco cariño, nos vemos la próxima!! So all in all, look no further if you want to eat a good burger in Lausanne 🍔😉💥

I have been there twice on my last Lausanne stay. Partly due to laziness, partly because I was really convinced. Yes the place is not the nicest, but you can sit outside. The service was outstanding. My French is not exactly great, still one waiter was very patient, the other spoke English with me. Both were very attentive. My chicken fingers were chicken fingers, but the mustard sauce with it was good. The truffle-mayo burger I had the first visit was excellent. The Raclette burger was a bit underwhelming, but by no means bad. The fries were nothing special, but there is a decent variety of sauces. All in all I was satisfied and will come back in the future.

C’était excellent, découverte d’un burger au thon crue avec des saveurs d’avocat et un pain excellent, le pain ne prenait pas le dessus sur la garniture. Nous avons eu le choix entre frites de patate douce et frites normales, les frites de patate douce étaient excellentes sans sentir le goût de gras. On sent que c’est du fait maison. Le Bowl Libanais était très bon, il y a peut-être un peu trop de salade verte, c’est la deuxième fois que je prends ce bowl car les falafels sont très bon et leur houmous aussi. Ce qui différencie ce restaurant des autres, c’est qu’on peut composé son propre bowl unique tout comme son burger unique, tout est fait maison et les gérant/ serveurs sont gentil et agréable. Bonne présentation des assiettes et prix abordable. Les quantité sont suffisantes. Le seul point un peu négatif, c’est qu’il y a peu de places dehors et c’est très serré mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant. Je recommande vivement d’essayer et d’y aller quand vous voulez :)

What was it like when we got there? Dead. So dead, in fact, that we walked right past it. But who would expect anything else on a Sunday night? Either way, we were greeted by the door with welcome arms.

The serving was extremely fast and the food was to die for. No, really, I'm not just saying this to be a suck up. Never, in my 16 years of living, have I ever tasted so much love and effort put into a single burger. Or for any food for that matter (sorry dad). It was like spongebob himself had entered the kitchen and cooked those burgers. I wouldn't be surprised. I miss it. I miss that glorious burger. Even if I only had it approximately an hour ago. And don't even get we started on the mayo truffle sauce. It was nothing short of divine. The chips? Crispy and salty. Perfection. I had the homemade lemonade, which I can't recommend enough. Not to mention you get free refills.

Service was great. Our server was great in English and very charismatic. So were the others we briefly came into contact with. So despite how quiet it was, we felt very welcomed and the atmosphere was relaxed. I would happily eat there every week if I could.

I cannot recommend this place enough. So if you find yourself in Lausanne, please do yourself a favour and...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant and tried their Maverick burger along with a delightful banana and dulce de leche dessert. Let me tell you, it was an absolute taste sensation! The Maverick burger was a culinary masterpiece, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The combination of the juicy beef patty, crispy bacon, and savory toppings made it the best burger I've ever had in the city.

And don't even get me started on the dessert! The banana and dulce de leche combination was pure heaven on a plate. The sweetness of the dulce de leche perfectly complemented the freshness of the banana, creating a mouthwatering treat that left me craving for more. The overall dining experience was simply incredible, and I can confidently say that this restaurant serves the best burger in town. I can't wait to come...
