Slice Pizza Lausanne — Restaurant in Lausanne

Ich war am Sonntag, 7. August 2022 im Slice Pizza essen. Zu Beginn nahm ich die Pizza Abeille. Die mutige Kombination von scharfem Salami und Honig ist einzigartig und die hohe Kunst der sich ergänzenden Geschmäcker ist fantastisch. Mit der Grösse der Pizza wird jeder normale Gast satt.

Als nächstes nahm ich die Pizza Princess Gina, welche mit Parmaschinken und Parmesan verziert war. Diese wurden jedoch erst nach dem Backen hinzugefügt, so dass die ganze Frische dieser Zutaten ein weiteres Geschmacks Erlebnis für den Gaumen offenbaren. In den meisten Pizzerien wird ja der Parmaschinken vor dem Backen aufgelegt, so dass er nachher hart, geschmacklos und verbrannt ist. In dieser Pizzeria jedoch ist die Pizza wunderbar saftig und der Parmaschinken wird in seiner hohen Qualität respektiert.

Zum Abschluss nahm ich ein Tiramisu, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war, mit frischem Kakaopulver oben drauf.

Ebenso wichtig wie das Essen war für mich die Bedienung. Die Kellnerin portugiesischen Ursprung, welche fließend französisch und Englisch beherrscht, ist eine sympathische Top Managerin, welche zu jeder Zeit eine Freude war. Egal wie groß die Hektik und die Anzahl der Kunden war, sie behält stets den Überblick, ein freundliches Lächeln für jeden Gast und ist eine vorzüglich aufmerksame Gastgeberin.

Die Pizzeria sieht auf den ersten Blick aus wie ein take away, aber die Pizzas und die Kellnerin könnten genauso gut in einem 5 Sterne Nobel Hotel zu Hause sein.

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und familiär, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Ich danke dem ganzen Team für dieses fantastische Erlebnis. Volle Punktezahl,...

I first came to Slice over five years ago with my son. It was excellent then. Now it’s even better. It’s important that I mention Ive been coming here over time, as it’s consistent. I’ve been all over Switzerland as a Pizza lover and there is none better than this. The neopolitan crust was perfect and fresh. The sauce was simple and nicely balanced. My measure is a simple margarita pizza. They do have many other, more “modern” offerings, but again, my measure is the basic margarita pizza. These guys know what...

We have been waiting for 1h for the pizza to arrive. I know the waiter was doing his best but he was all over the place. After 1h we asked what happened and it seems the order was not even sent to the kitchen. Shame about the other reviews maybe we were unlucky. Also it took 30 mins for drinks to arrive. Also other people that came 45 mins after us got theirs very quickly. I am still waiting for the pizza to be able to review also...
