Crazy Wolf - Burgers & Brunch — Restaurant in Lausanne

Do not order delivery from Crazy Wolf! As customers who have eaten in this restaurant several times and enjoyed it, we decided to order delivery one evening, expecting the same great quality. Unfortunately, we were highly disappointed. Our order was two sandwiches, one portion of frites, and one portion of tortilla chips and guacamole. This cost a rather expensive CHF 47. When the order arrived, it contained only one sandwich, the chips & guac, and a WHOLE POTATO. Where was the second sandwich?? Where were the frites?? When we immediately phoned the restaurant to have the order corrected, they apologized, but said they must either refund the money or we have to reorder the food through Uber Eats. We expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for the refund. She then stated that they do not know how to do this and will have to call us back. I do not think a restaurant that is incapable of handling correct delivery orders OR understanding how to run a business on Uber Eats should be making this service available. Unfortunately, we will not be going to this restaurant again after this experience. 47CHF for a poorly constructed club sandwich (bread not toasted, not cut), a small cup of guacamole, a box of tortilla chips and an entire potato. Crazy Wolf should understand that if they cannot successfully handle delivery, then don't even try. They have lost our business forever,...

I found this place in a Reddit thread about best burgers in lausanne and I had it for long on my Google maps list. Today was the occasion to give it a try and here is my feedback :

Location: great Ambience: great Service : great Burger (beef) : nothing special / kind of disappointing, I expected a great burger but it was really nothing special. Very dense but not dry burger patty, no question about how I want to have it cooked, … a simple burger Price : I had a special burger and that came with almost 20 CHF price (no menu, just burger) . I took a beer as a drink on the side and paying 6,90 chf for a 0,3 standard local blond bottled beer was a surprise.

Good place , but I did mit get the catch how it is different from all other places around there.

Well... I'm very impressed by how bad it is. 3 staff behind de bar, doing basically nothing but discuss and you, the customer, have to stand up and go to the corner to order your food. The restaurant was almost empty, 10 people top, 4 people in the kitchen, it took almost 40 minutes to receive our food (thanks God we didn't had to go take it to ourselves!).

With only 10-15% of the restaurant filled, the staff had trouble bringing the right food to the right table, it was a disaster.

When the food came, the story continued... The eggs ? Cold. The burger? Undercooked. The orange juice? So compact that it wouldn't go out of the bottle.

Oh, and yeah, you cannot pay with MasterCard, visa or Postfinance and you have to pay before you even eat.
