Extremely pleased with my shopping experience at doodah! I visited for the first time to shop for new snowboard boots and bindings as i was experiencing extreme pain in my feet with my previous set up. The doodah team were super helpful and insightful until I made my choice which I am very happy with. I went back today and had a lengthy discussion with Jerome to help me choose my new board. He took all the time to explain specs and differences between different models that helped me buy what I am looking for....

It's a great store with good choice for snowboard gear. However, I think that the staff should be better formed on the gear they are selling. A quick example: snowboard sizing is not only about the rider weight, height and boot size. It's also about the riding style and snowboard model. They sold my wife a 156 freeride snowboard with a waist width of 254 for a rider that has 80 kg with boot size 10. It's ridable but the 159 would be a much better fit for the snowboard model...

Really unfriendly. They sold us shoes without box, when we tried to change them (same day) they didn't let us because the box was missing!! We also wanted to change the size of a sweater and they didn't change it neither. Customer service from previous century, we...
