I've eaten in this restaurant around 10 times, always taking same dish - beef in a pepper sauce and rice, the beef was always provided on a hot plate. I absolutely loved it, the dish is just perfect. Yesterday I brought my family there, as they visited me from abroad and they love Chinese. I thought I was going to impress them with amazing food, but it was a distaster. First of all the server didn't let me sit where I always sat because "sorry it is too far" (yes, literally that! Restaurant just re-opened so it was empty and the table had no reservation, they just told me they are too lazy). Yet with 62.00 CHF worth of food in our order (that is, without the delivery fee) we did not get this free dish that was due. The delivery man explained that we were to add a note to our order to specify the free dish that the promotional offer clearly promised.
I have no idea why there are so many...
