Istanbul Grill & More - Quartier du Flon — Restaurant in Lausanne

Well, me and my friends have eaten at this place more than a dozen times now. The food is nice and we are always happy with it. But we have decided not to visit this place anymore due to their very poor service and by that, I mean the personnel. We have had quite rude waiters for more than once in this place now. And that is it. No more poor services. I will just give you two of the examples; the table was clearly dirty, and the waiter refused to clean it; and another time, when the waiter made a mistake about a change of 50 CHF to be given back, he behaved as if we are stealing money. Traditional Turkish Cuisine with Vegan and Vegetarian Friendly Options. My experience here every time i visit this restaurant is simple perfect. Amazing Food! Polite and professional workers. Turkish music inside. Very big inside and outside where you can smoke shisha. I was surprised about the marketing related of the food dishes because I'm almost vegetarian and i see always the big dish of hamburger served with salad ,French fries and derssings and i wanted to eat also finding the best vegetarian burger option there because they do with chickpeas! And lahmacun with lentils for vegan option! Sometimes knefeh is delicious also. I highly recommend...

It's complicated... The food is good. The service is kind... But I'd it is a peak hour it's better to be prepared to wait a lot. I went there with friends and after our order we had too wait one hour for the food to arrive. Some food arrived much before others. So we ate at different times. To be honest we also asked simple water, the waitresses forgot to bring it and I had to go myself to take it at the bar. They apologized for the disservice (and that's why I an not giving 1 star) but if you have to go consider to not go in a rush hour. I may go again...
