The beef shredded pieces were mixed in the rice, I thought the beef was served separately with some gravy but I was wrong. I think Loubia polo is a traditional Iranian/Persian dish and you eat it with yogurt and fresh cucumber slices. However, on the first page of the menu, the owner honestly warns that their kitchen is located elsewhere, so all dishes are prepared there in advance and reheated in the microwave in the restaurant itself.

It was our first time trying persian food and the staff (specially Laura!) were super helpful and kind explaining all the dishes they offered. They explained to us that the food is homemade everyday by the owner's mother, which is just awesome. They reheat it for you, but they know very well how to do it and the flavour and textures are very good. Everything is super aromatic, with lots of pistachios and saffron flavour, and the presentation of the dishes were just beautiful. Definitely we will come back and keep trying...
