My Sandwiches — Restaurant in Lausanne

I ordered bol bun beef and expected to pay the price as listed on the menu. But after I finished my meal and went to pay, they asked me if I added nem. I said I only ordered bol bun beef and didn’t add anything else. But the woman kept asking if I had the spring rolls in my dish, after I confirmed with her how nem looks like i said yes. So i was charged 2.5fr extra for what I didn’t ordered but appeared in my dish.

Also there was another time I ordered pho, with extra noodles as I usually do, and realised the price was higher when i paid the bill, because apparently they added not only extra noodles but also extra beef in my dish.

I’ve been to this place several times and brought many other people to this place because I like their food. But how they served the customer is really pissed me off.

I’ve been here for lunch. The place was packed of people doing their take away and there were just few tables where to dine in. I made my order at the desk and then I got a sit sharing the table with another Asian customer. The summer rolls with grilled pork were very tasty dipped in the peanuts sauce. The pho with beef was a good portion with many chunks of beef. As I use to do when I eat pho I tried the broth first and it was absolutely delicious, very flavorful! I got also a banh mi with cha siu which I took away for the roadtrip and I had later in the evening and it was fantastic too! I had also a homemade fruit tea which was very refreshing. Definitely will come again next time to try other...

Exceptional. After spending a few months living in Vietnam, I was craving some proper bún bò and bánh mì in Lausanne. Out of the half dozen or so places in the city serving Vietnamese food, this is by far the best flavoured and at a very reasonable price point.
