PLATEFORME 10 — Restaurant in Lausanne

Great space! It’s the new art district located next to Lausanne Gare and they’ve got 3 museums right in one place, MUDAC, MBCA and Photo Elysée.

I was lucky as the tickets for 3 museums was usually 25 CHF but they were having a promotion and it went for 19 CHF!

The exhibitions this time round were really good and I really enjoyed the exhibition by Sabine Weiss and the Surrealism exhibition was more than what I expected.

A superb place to spend a few hours, there are two current exhibitions featuring the work of Man Ray at Photo Elysée and a superb introduction to Surrealism at MUDAC (both museums are in the same building and are covered by the €25 three museum ticket) that are both well worth seeing. Bien que les bâtiments soient "adaptés" aux divers musées proposés, ils ne sont pas aussi intéressants que les anciens emplacements qui avaient tous une histoire.

De plus l'inauguration était une espèce de fête du village avec des animations indignent d'un lieu qui se veut de culture sans compter une musique détestable tout au long de celle-ci ou presque
