X-Port Pizzeria — Restaurant in Matten bei Interlaken

Not friendly and very rude. The service attitude of the restaurant staff and the owner was very rude and sarcastic. I do not recommend this restaurant. The taste of the food was also very average and the price/performance ratio was not high. Most importantly, my husband and I witnessed them making inappropriate gestures and yelling at an elderly couple who did not understand English. The elderly couple walked into the restaurant and sat down at the 4-seater. As a result, the restaurant owner came and Chased them to the 2-seater. The couple did not understand English. Then my husband and I saw the restaurant owner clenched his fists and slammed the table many times, and ordered the elderly couple to leave the 4-seater and go to the 2-seater in a dog-like tone. The restaurant staff are simply overbearing and irritable tyrants! ！！The elderly couple seemed very helpless until they left, just like a child who had made a mistake... I felt very angry and sad. I can't imagine how wronged and helpless my parents would be if they were treated so rudely when traveling……I absolutely would not recommend such a restaurant!!! Considering that three days ago, the restaurant owner still quibbled in their reply, they were the executors of lies. We have been traveling for several weeks as a family through Switzerland and have been paying lots of money for food that was not very good. The first place we came to that had great food, great service and pricing was X-port pizzeria. It’s a family owned business and the owners are very nice and welcoming. We ate the Gyro salad and had pizza and the food was delicious. The food was so delicious that we went out of our way and came back a second time and got delicious food and great service from great people. If you are in Interlacken and want a delicious meal go to X- Port Pizza. Our kids also said They love the food and the owners were really nice. Five stars...

Absolutely blown away by this place! From the moment we walked in, the service was incredible—super friendly and fast, with staff who genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience.

The kebabs were massive—seriously, you could share one (but you won’t want to). Packed with flavour, fresh ingredients, and perfectly grilled meat. And the pizza? Next level. Crispy base, generous toppings, and that perfect balance of cheese and sauce.

Portion sizes were unreal and everything was priced really reasonably. Definitely got our money’s worth and then some. Can’t wait to come back!
