GRIMSEL CANYONING—From the moment we walked in, all of the staff were friendly and welcoming! My husband and I signed up for canyoning with JJ and Ricardo as our guides. They were so fun throughout the whole experience. They gave us facts about the area on our way there and shared music from other countries on the way back that had the back of the van dancing. They went above and beyond for us while in the canyon! They made sure we were safe, as warm as we could be, and still having a great time. I never got to do my activity because they kept canceling last minute, with no details on why it was canceled, most likely due to weather even though there’s no rain or wind. I got canceled and rescheduled 2 times and was never able to go during my stay. They would also cancel between 10-20 minutes before the pickup while I was all ready to go. I’ve always wanted to experience an e-bike adventure and Outdoor in Interlaken surpassed my expectations. ERIC our guide was AMAZING! He not only made me feel comfortable on the bike, he gave a lot of information while taking us through beautiful Interlaken.
