I wouldn’t be surprised if this place was booked out the door during peak season. This is the by far the best place to get Asian food in Interlaken. The decor, food, and service are fantastic.

For the curry, I really appreciated the size of the vegetables and chicken, it felt like they really tried to keep everything the same size to cook evenly. Incredibly disappointing pho. We ordered take-out, the broth, noodles and aromatics (far too few and not all the necessary ones!) had all been dumped in one container, so the noodles and aromatics were just sitting in there getting soggy. When I came home I found out I had gotten an enormous portion of noodles, I had to dig to find broth. Flavours were lacking, no complexity (no mint and holy basil used), the meat even tasted sour and a slice of old lime made everything...

Very nice Vietnamese/asian cuisine. Interlaken has lots of good Indian restaurants , but after trying Indian for few days we wanted to try something different and Bub Brothers didn’t disappoint. Located in a nice & quaint neighborhood. Food is very good depending on what you order. We tried noodle soup, noodles with tofu, chicken with rice. Drinks we ordered were nice as well.
