Terrible service. Came here in the afternoon on 01/03/22. Went to sit down and was told table was reserved. I said I didn't know, the waiter cheekily said "can't you read?" referring to the reserved sign on the table. I was at the side of the table so could not see the face side of the sign. We then sat at another table. 15 minutes passed and no one came for our order until I had to call a waiter. The coffee was served 5 minutes before the desert by which point the coffee had gone cold. I asked for t he bill and after 10 10 minutes, was still waiting; called a waiter and insisted they give me the bill immediately. It may be on the lake with good views but never coming to this place again. Please look after your customer's and train your staff...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly, this is the only reliable restaurant I’ve found open in Montreux, and thank goodness for it. The pizza is excellent, pasta is delicious, and the service has been kind and professional every time. Even on Sundays, when nearly everything else in town is closed or unreliable, they’re open and welcoming.

Yes, sometimes the menu is limited — but at least there’s food, not just pastries or sandwiches passed off as a meal like I experienced elsewhere. Compared to some places nearby that were rude and dismissive, this restaurant has been a refreshing and consistent choice. We were a group of 10 people looking for a sunny terrace to have a drink by the lake looking at the sunset. Despite being already quite crowded, they welcomed us warmly and arranged some place (partly inside and partly outside the terrace), which is not easy task for such a big group. They demonstrated flexibility, especially when 4 more friends joined us and they added an extra table and chairs. The service was so excellent and attentive that we decided to stay for dinner at the Italian restaurant in face, which belongs to the same owner. And the experience there was also great!
