These are unfriendly and rude people. They won’t give you what’s on the menu, and tell you it’s an old one (with cheaper prices), while the new one is obviously more expensive. They don’t take it down either and they start arguing with you about it in the most disrespectful way. None of the food is made with care, everything is always in a rush. No one seems to have had any training in food or hospitality (which isn’t always required if you love what you do) - and this is reflected in the quality of the food and how it’s handled. Best Döner in town. Started of pretty cheap two years ago. As it happens with quality and demand it gets more expensive with time. Now it is still superb deal for what you get. 9.9 for a döner with pommes and drink (At least if you go for the fallafel/Döner meal. always go for that one.) Quality is outstanding, they put a lot of love into the döner. Compared to other places they use "fresh" falafel and not stuff out of the freezer. Leider kann ich es nicht anders sagen, aber alles, ALLES, war qualitativ UNTERIRDISCH!. Durch Zufall bin ich am Geschäft vorbeigelaufen und habe mal reingeschaut. Das XXL Menü machte für mich einen guten Eindruck, Preise ok, viel drin, die Bilder sahen gut aus. Ich stellte mich in der Schlange an und es waren viele Leute drin :-) nach guten 10 Minuten Worten war ich an der Reihe, jedoch machte man mir klar, dass ich falsch anstehe, zuerst müsste ich links zahlen, dann dort anstehen wo ich war. Woher soll ich so etwas als Kunde wissen? Zeit für nichts verloren! Ok, ich habe bestellt, bekomme das EC Gerät und halte aus reflex die die Karte dran. Später habe ich bemerkt, dass der Betrag falsch eingegeben wurde, ob ausversehen oder gewollt, keine Ahnung, aber 1000 mal 20 Rappen macht auch einen Unterschied. UNd die MWST wurde auch falsch abgerechnet :-) wieder 5,2% vom Inhaber gespart Siehe Quittung). OK, ich stehe rechts an, Mitarbeiter nicht grade freundlich, ich bin in der Mittagszeit da und es war gut besetzt, man könnte von Frische ausgehen! Nehme das Tablette, setze mich 30 Sek. später hin. Dönerbrot Eiskalt, Brot steinhart. Ich fasse direkt das Fleisch an, Eiskalt (ok, es wurde schon vorgeschnitten aus einer nicht warmgehalten GN Schale genommen. Pommes KALT und total versalzen. Onion Rings KALT. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, schade, da wären selbst 5 CHF zu viel gezahlt gewesen. Wie kann so viel schielaufen?
