Total disappointment. After last year's great service at the mother day brunch we decided to repeat the experience. That was nothing like last year the least to say: Mediocre reception. The food was again nice but the service was a disaster: we were not explained what the setup was nor what will be served when. We had to waive and wait for over 20-30 minutes till we got some attention or food served. Waiters past by in such a hurry that you didn't get time to ask them anything. All in all, one felt like being a nuisance not a customer. We had decided to leave before even getting the full desert as we were tiered chasing and waiting for food we had ordered! Additionally, a child was charged the price of an adult menu which includes an alcohol drink (which you'd expect the waiter would ask if the adults on the table would like to have). Extremely poor service....! We've been promoting this place in our circles for years; now the message is stay away unless you'd like to experience the worst of the Swiss service. We sent an email to the restaurant to book dinner with a birthday cake, " they said we do a celebration cakes and that's ok " and they advertise that on their Instagram. my husband gave them a phone call just to make sure and the lady confirmed she will prepare a cake for us. On the day after dinner we asked for the cake and that was what we have received, a slice of brownies. 🙄 I was so disappointed and when i asked the waiter he said we didn't get any cake orders and that what we usually serve for birthdays .
