Mövenpick Wein-Bar — Restaurant in Zurich

The fact that we went to Mövenpick twice in a row attests to how much we love Mövenpick. We explored other wine bars, but came back to Mövenpick. When you search for wein bar, it's the number 1 mention on several search engines, and it deserves this number one rating. Great atmosphere both inside, and outside. We were in both places. For a city (Zürich) known to be expensive, their wine prices whether by the glass or by the bottle are very reasonable! in fact, compared to other wine bars, they have the most reasonable prices for great quality wines. Their staff is very knowledgeable about their wines, and both Michaela and Bruno were knowledgeable, friendly, charming, personable. I would almost want to request either one of them when we return. This wine bar has a unique setting in the streets of Zürich. With good service and an extensive wine list, you are sure to enjoy your lunch or dinner.

Ate here twice in one week, the waiter, Bruno, was very personable and recognised us immediately. The second time was on a Monday, which is when they have a wine tasting. Experienced some unexpected and unique wines from all over the world.

On top they have great food, small bites to accompany the wine, or a full dinner. Especially the truffel tagliatelle is amazing, but I also enjoyed the small burger and small cordon bleu.

Came here with my wife on a Saturday night. We wanted to have a drink in their garden space. Unfortunately, after being seated we were largely ignored. We waited patiently for the menus but no one ever came to speak to us. Eventually we grabbed our own. Then the waiter came and served the couple next to us, even though they had arrived after we had!
