Domino's Pizza Uni — Restaurant in Zurich

I waited for 2 hours for an order of more than 80 CHF. I ordered at 8. The order never got delivered until after the store was closed. I called at least 5 times only to get an automatic robot responding and never to the store. I have lost 80 CHF and didn’t get any food, no phone call, no response.

Edit: We received our food at 22:30. over 2 hours from the time when we placed our order. we had 4 people waiting for food, which we still had to DRIVE HOME. despite it being a delivery. We had to drive another 20 minutes from a DIFFERENT PLACE than our delivery address. And what did we get in return? 1 free pizza and a "sooooooooo sorry" gutschein for it. I think this is a joke, i would never order from here again, and the "personal number" of the restaurant and the "maja" who was supposed to be in charge of this order need to be...

I ordered a pizza for dinner. 45min later, a guy arrived. He said he forgot to bring the pizza. And said he will bring it in 5min. Waited 5min outside. Did not come. Back to office. 30min later I called them. One said it will arrive in 5min. 20min later, another one called, that the pizza is too cold now he will make a new one and deliver it in 10min. He said he will bring something as an apology. 20min later, I called them. No one answered. 10min later, it finally came. at 9:30pm. Pizza is already too much at this late night. But the gift was cinnamon bread. Trashed it right away. Ate one piece and trashed the rest to come home. Nicely...

I just ordered a Pizza with Tuna and no Cheese and there was w technical problem because the Tuna was burned because it was put before entering the oven and not later as garnish. The tuna was tasteless. ( I know I m the picky customer here ) but that is not the point, the person in charge of this place was very nice and understanding !! He offered to do it over for me and he simply made a customer with lots of food restrictions feel great at the end of this long Day ! So...
