LO! asia delivery Zürich Wiedikon — Restaurant in Zurich

This was originally a negative review due to delivery misunderstanding (see original below). Update: I eventually received the order (and it was quite delicious). The manager called me the next day and offered a discount for the inconvenience. According to them, there was actually a lot of orders coming and ETA for deliveries was over 1 hour. Uber Eats does not display this actual info correctly, hence the order was marked as delivered far too early.

Original review: Placed an order through Uber Eats, waited for more than an hour. Order marked as delivered, nobody ever showed up. Now I have to go through refund requests and all. Waste of...

I ordered here and specified no peanuts in the food because of an allergy. I also double checked to confirm upon pickup that my food did not have peanuts in it. I ate the food, started to feel bad and called them to triple check if the food contained peanuts to which they said “we don’t know” (what do you mean you don’t know??). I ended up in the hospital for 5 hrs that night.

It’s really important that you are aware of the allergens in the food you serve, I have a severe allergy and could have died!!! If you have food allergies I do not recommend...

Very very disappointed !! I have ordered a pad Thai, beef gyoza and BAO bun pulled pork. They are literally all tasteless and overpriced. 25 chf for a pad Thai that I couldn't even finished, shrimp are frozen and so many sauce. 14 chf for two small bao with again too many sauce and tasteless meet. Gyoza, the meet was hard not soft ..

Among all Asian restaurants I have tried in Zurich, it's definitely the worst food and couldn't even finish it. I really don't understand how they can get such...
