Lola's Restaurant — Restaurant in Zurich

So I had a special celebration here thinking it'd be lovely. I had many guests with me and the food was okay but the service was terrible. Lola(the owner) is a good woman but if you don't watch out she will just take advantage of the situation. Like she asked me openly ''what about the tip for the waiters'' (when I was paying extra for everything) which was funny cuz the waiters are just horrible. One of them crossed the line. He was so rude and just trying to put us down with his annoying comments. Like he had no idea what his place was and just because we were a girls group mostly, thought he could get something out of us by being annoying or even making fun of me because I was wearing a nice dress and I was careful with what I was having in my hands. He literally laugh at me. Although at the moment of the payment he brought his kind spirit outta nowhere. Such a rude man. The waiters couldn't even take an order properly. And whenever my friends asked for some drinks or food they will just say they didn't have it anymore which was a lie because we saw how they gave it to other people. I thought I was doing right by choosing this place for my event because I wanted something casual and close and even I paid almost everything in advance to get a good service, I was very disappointed. Authentic Peruvian experience. The food was good and the selection decent. The service has room for improvement, though: we asked a beer from the menu and it wasn’t available - ok we asked a draft beer, but the waitress was not sure they had any since she didn’t change the bottle last time - mmh ok we asked for tap water but apparently the owner doesn’t allow to sell it. Instead, we were brought a jar of water collected from an Evian plastic bottle for 9.90 - not ok, if you want to charge for water fine, but we have the best quality water in the world we wanted to have three plates together but the waitress said unfortunately they don’t work like that can only bring two and then the other one because it’s a main - I get it, but in the entire evening we here has been no effort and to accommodate any need...

Horrible in every aspect: Location is old and shabby with bad smell. Staff unfriendly and incapable and incredibly slow. (wrong orders brought, could not explain the food or give recommendations) Drinks came slow (we waited 20mins. for a beer), Pisco sour was very badly done and did not taste as it should (very expensive - a small glass was CHF 14) Food was very bad and low quality ingredients, had chicken with the yellow sauce - absolutely tasteless, bones in it and low quality meat (the meat the is removed from the chicken legs, not even breast which I would expect for price per dish of 30CHF).
