Read moreThe restaurant atmosphere is very charm and intimate for a romantic dinner. We had natural wines and they were good. Service is spotless although a bit dry and limited to the description of the plates/ingredients. The dishes are visually amazing, you really see the amount of care and work put to produce such creations. Also the balance of ingredients is good and the fact that they are all locally and seasonally produced reinforces the passion and care for a sustainable cuisine. However, most of the dishes were tasteless or with a low taste. In my personal opinion, when you strive for quality of products and of preparations you cannot forget the taste and the flavours. A lot of dishes had an intriguing ingredients mix however at the palate they had a very light taste and consistence. Everything depends on how you define and classify quality: if I have to value the sustainability of the cuisine I’d give 5 stars to this restaurant, however as for me the taste of food is key, I can’t give more than 3 star. I fully understand that things cannot be perfect, however the price of a 7 course menu here is hefty (160.-), so my expectations were also very high on all...
Read moreA mediocre restaurant in my opinion. Out of good things about it - they tried something unusual, different concept, only swiss made products. Of bad - they made us sit there for 4 hours, bringing one small dish every 30 minutes, which kept us continuingly hungry. Moreover, It is said that they have a full course menu which is including the meat or fish. Well, of meat it was something prepared well in advance with a strong taste of mature animal, horrible. I am glad it was a tiny peace's. I was expecting more, and they brought fish. Of 6 courses that was all the meat I had. The rest were vegetarian dishes, which they cooked for the whole restaurant from the same products. A concept I would describe as a fast food vegetarian, with some meat fusion, served in long hours to make you hungry and angry.
