Lousy experience I mean all customer service in Switzerland is absolutely deplorable but this one was the worst It seems like they are very busy with organized groups like ours so they don’t lack business and they don’t care We were with a big group of 30 people and we had our first dinner and last dinner of the trip here Food was bad - half of our group decided to skip the last one even if it was already paid for A do called salad which was a few lettuce leaves Then the main course which we can chose from bratwurst, chicken or pork but it was all the same the meat covered in the same sauce for everybody and fries Lousy And the service omg …. I would never go there again if you pay me First they didn’t tell us the beer and wine were included !!! When we asked about drinks they told us the soft drinks are included. We ordered beer and wine though expecting to pay for it At the end this talk bald waiter kind of waived at us saying it’s ok - I thought maybe because not all the people eat maybe they did us a favour But the same happened tonight at the last dinner We ordered wine and beer and we asked at the end if it was included and the rude waiter said yes - so half of our people could have enjoyed a glass of wine with dinner and they didn’t know Like I said Switzerland is gorgeous but expect the highest prices in the world and the...

For our last night in Zürich, my boyfriend and I decided to check out Restaurant Johanniter for dinner because it was on my list of restaurants to try out, and it was near our hotel.

I ordered the speckrösti, since everyone on Yelp was raving about it. This is rösti topped with bacon and a fried egg. And yes, I know it was dinnertime but I figured you can't really go wrong with anything that has bacon, potatoes, or a fried egg. Turns out you can. It was super greasy. I was only able to eat about a quarter of it before I couldn't stomach anymore. I ended up switching entrees with my BF - he ordered the sliced chicken with herb butter sauce, which was served with spätzle. This wasn't bad but again, pretty heavy. It's probably best to order an entree and something lighter, perhaps a salad, and sharing everything. On the upside, the food came out very quickly and the portions are big.

Dear johanniter team, today when I was about to write a review about our visit yesterday, I came across this Person's Viktoria Germakovski comment accusing our waiter of theft. I was sitting next to this Person and what happened was this people was paying the Bill, the waiter cleared the table and when taking the table papers off the table, he grabbed the black envelope from the bill to take the papers away and then putting back down on the table and that Person shouted out loud “the money is mine”, to which the waiter replied that he was just clearing the table.

This Person was extremely rude not only in her behavior but also in her attitude. I can only say that only people capable of doing this think that others would do the same. This Person is no good, and my advice is to report it to google and you can use my name as a witness proving that the lady is lying and what she described is not the truth
