Rosaly’s is one of those rare places where everything just clicks — the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service. Tucked away just minutes from Paradeplatz, this stylish yet inviting spot offers a dining experience that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
We started with the melon gazpacho, which was absolutely unforgettable — cool, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. The salmon cubes were a highlight of the evening as well — perfectly seared, tender, and delicately seasoned. Every bite felt carefully thought out.
To drink, we had a Hugo spritz that was light, aromatic, and just what you want on a warm summer evening.
A huge thank you to Alexis, our waiter, who brought such warmth and charm to the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for.

My mother opted for the Kalbsleberli, the award-winning dish at Rosaly's, which was overly rich, cooked in an excess of butter, and the pieces were quite fatty. The accompaniment, the rosti, unfortunately lacked flavor and was not crunchy. On a positive note, the dessert was delicious. We chose the chocolate Rosalys cake. Although the restaurant is charming and the service excellent, the meals could be more sophisticated and better aligned with the Gault...
