中文评论在英文之后。我想问那些给五星的,你们真的吃过日本拉面吗? I want to ask those who gave the five stars: have you really eaten Japanese ramen? I don't recommend this ramen restaurant at all! The taste seems to be modified to adapt to Western tastes instead of authentic Japanese ramen. That's why only very few Asians were present. I finally give only one star rating for the following reasons: 1. We made an appointment in advance, but the store arranged us to the bar position; 2. After switching to the normal position, no one cares about us. After waiting for more than ten minutes, we went to the reception to get the menu by ourselves. 3. We were waiting over half an hour after ordering ramen to get our dishes, but we also noticed that the two ladies who came after us got their ramen in ten minutes after ordering. 4. We feel the obvious discrimination, because the store manager gives the other guests nearby a detailed explanation of the menu, and from time to time take our ramen noodles as an example (I think this is very rude) and give them bibs, but we have nothing; 5. The taste of the ramen is also very poor. Because there is no traditional Japanese-style bone soup ramen on the menu, I ordered the soy sauce ramen - the taste of the soup is very strange, and the bamboo is taken out of the can obviously with a bad smell, also the Japanese chashu is just some pieces of pork to fool guests. 6. The tap water was not free (2 CHF) and was not informed in advance.

Used to absolutely Love the place but now feel like they’re becoming victims of their own success. The manager (lovely lady from Germany with mad japanese skills) is absolutely brilliant - she sure knows her way around managing a restaurant, leading staff and serving customers efficiently and in a charming way. 🌸
On the other hand, the rest of the staff seems pretty inexperienced - some are just being trained - and they are spreading themselves very thin with the new outside seating. Can take them a long time to show up no matter if you’re seated inside or out. ⚠️🔰
They pretend to be very japanese - but in stark contrast to true Japan they generally A) lack in customer service and attentiveness B) are slow to serve food and C) are VERY pushy demanding Tips in written (sign next to cashier) and oral (reminding you during the payment process) form. (Reminder: In Switzerland, Tips are already included in the base price.) All in all, Three distinctivly un-japanese traits that shatter the illusion of diving into an Akihabara-like experience. 💥⛩😪
Paid 88.- (+Tips) for Kara-Age, Ramen with a few extras and a Beer/Saké pairing. So not exactly too affordable either. 💸
Will probably frequent less often going forward and instead try out the other, less hyped places around. You should give it a try, though, as it’s conveniently located - but make sure to reserve well...
Read moreI just left here and am already thinking about it. The ramen is amazing. Different ramen base broths like the different types throughout Japan. The staff is super friendly and fast. I ordered the miso ramen. The amount of pork slices inside were generous. The other ramen ordered was spicy beef. Also a generous amount of beef inside. The food was so much for me to finish, but for an adult male it is enough. I had to leave room for dessert — green tea ice cream with red beans. Two of my favorite dessert items. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. It definitely started my weekend great.
*Update: I came here with a friend who is vegetarian and loves spicy. She ordered the veggie ramen with the deathly spice and it was delicious. It is actually spicy. This is the first place in Europe she has found spicy food and is really impressed and applauded them for even having this on the menu. The spice is definitely higher than a raw chili on the Scoville heat unit of a Trinidad scorpion. The capsicum could unfortunately be tasted as the crystals were not completely dissolved into the broth, but it was still tasty. Highly recommend this to any spicy food lover. Perhaps the capsicum crystals are less noticeable in the deadly spicy normal ramen (non vegetarian). For all of you spicy food lovers that think Tabasco is spicy, then don’t even bother...
