After a disciplined week, a proper refeed was definitely in order. This meal looked like a solid spread of modern Thai and Chinese-inspired dishes. The steamed lemon fish it’s a classic for a reason, and this one looked spot-on—bright, tangy, and garlicky sauce over what appears to be a fresh sea bass. You can't really go wrong with that. There were a couple of their signature prawn dishes, one that looked like the popular salted egg yolk style and another that was more of a crispy garlic preparation (maybe 避風塘 style).
