I had a small Normal Katsudon ($290) and the staff told me that there’d be onions in the Katsudon with Runny Eggs and not in the Normal one. However, you could also choose over-medium or over-hard eggs. Therefore, I chose the former option and the yolk was slightly runny and went well with the rice. The pork chop was so juicy and delicious and the coating was also greatly fried. However, there were some Japanese fried pork chops tasted superior to this but it was still an amazing meal.
The miso soup was of high consistency and quite tasty. It contained some tofus, radish and shredded ginger.
In conclusion, speaking of the transportation, Zhongshan Station exit 6 was the nearest exit to the restaurant, which only took me a 2-minute walk. The price was affordable and the speed was fast. Nevertheless, the only shortcoming was the poor internet connection. Overall, it’s a 9 out of 10!
FYI, you open the window outside to register for your seat in advance of entering the restaurant. When there are empty seats, the staff will shout your (phone) number and where...

But alright well, bad attitude normally comes with delicious food most of the time yea, so we went on with the play, ordered our food, and it is just very normal, nothing special with soy sauce and egg.
Price is more expensive than other famous proper and much better franchise outlet, where's the point of the price.
Anyway environment sort of clean, free plain water, sorry to say the experience wasn't pleasant, felt like a rip off.
On the side note I am very generous my rating, but this...
Read moreThe restaurant has a very simple menu so I ordered a small bowl of katsu which is enough for someone who has a small apetite like me. Though, the meat to rice ratio feels like more meat than rice which is a huge plus!
The meat was tender and the egg I got is sunny side up but you are asked how you like egg done before ordering. I’m a fan of katsudon and have tried quite a few versions of it and I can tell this one is special and unique.
The overall vibe of the restaurant is very aesthetic yet simple and you can see that they value the taste of their food and the experience of their customers than just simply making ends meet.
Would love to...
