What an absolutely fantastic hot pot experience at Mo-Mo-Paradise Q Square (台北京站牧場)! 🍲 We were greeted by such a warm and inviting atmosphere as soon as we stepped in. The interior has a lovely, cozy wooden aesthetic, making it perfect for both casual meals and special gatherings. ​We opted for the all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The selection of premium, thinly sliced meats was incredible – so fresh and tender, melting in your mouth with every bite. We loved having the dual pot, allowing us to enjoy two different broths simultaneously. The classic sukiyaki was perfectly balanced, and the other broth, a rich and savory miso, added another delicious dimension to our meal. ​Beyond the meats, the fresh vegetable cart was a highlight! So many options to choose from to complement our hot pot. And you know what else made it great? The udon noodles! Today, my girlfriend and I enjoyed Wagyu sukiyaki. On weekends, it's necessary to make a reservation in advance because it's very crowded. The menu offers two price options: Wagyu and regular, both of which are all-you-can-eat. However, the staff did not clearly explain the ordering process, such as adding vegetables or sauces, which resulted in us having to frequently ask the staff during our meal. The Wagyu beef was very tasty; I recommend cooking it to medium-rare and pairing it with egg sauce, which is absolutely delicious. The side dishes and drinks had limited choices but were acceptable. Awful experience. Waiters and staff were VERY rude. When asked for clarity regarding WHEN our food is going to finally come out BECAUSE WE WAITED 25 MINUTES. Just for them to bring out our beef, they replied me “just wait, can’t be that quick, takes time”. When asked for condiments, they replied the same thing as well. Staffs were running around doing nonsense and can’t even reply politely. I asked politely SO many times because they didn’t even bring out the vegetables cart OR THE BEEFS. And they replied so rudely. Go to other branches. I’d recommend the st igna branch. Better service. Better environment....
